After more than three decades of public service — including my tenure as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Grenada to the Organization of American States (OAS), and later as Director of the OAS National Offices across Latin America and the Caribbean — I returned home with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. My years in diplomacy and international leadership strengthened my belief that strong institutions, empowered people, and clear communication form the foundation of effective governance, organizational performance, and professional excellence.

The Colmar Group Ltd. was created from this belief. It reflects the lessons, values, and standards that shaped my career and that continue to guide my work today. I established this consultancy to support leaders, teams, and administrative professionals who are building structures, navigating complexity, and striving for higher levels of performance. Whether through strategic advisory solutions, communications support, leadership guidance, or professional coaching, my goal is to bring clarity, stability, and practical solutions to environments that are often demanding and fast-paced.

My approach is grounded in professionalism, discretion, disciplined execution, and a genuine commitment to people. I believe that excellence is not achieved through perfection, but through clarity, structure, and continuous improvement. It is strengthened when individuals understand the impact of their contribution — and when organizations invest intentionally in the people who keep their systems running.

The Excellence Series™, our signature professional development program for administrative professionals, was designed to fill a gap I have witnessed throughout my career. Administrative staff are the backbone of any institution. When they are trained, supported, and empowered, the entire organization functions at a higher level.
