The Colmar Group Ltd. was founded by Ambassador Yolande Y. Smith, a diplomat and senior strategic advisor with extensive experience in international relations, governance, and executive leadership.
Throughout her career, Ambassador Smith has advised senior leaders responsible for high-consequence decision-making in complex and highly visible environments. Her experience informs the firm’s focus on leadership responsibility, professional standards, and institutional performance.
