The Colmar Group Ltd. is a Grenada-based strategic advisory firm providing senior-level counsel at the intersection of governance, diplomacy, and business strategy.

The Colmar Group Ltd. was founded by Ambassador Yolande Y. Smith, a seasoned diplomat and senior advisor with a distinguished career in international relations, governance, and executive leadership.
Throughout her career, Ambassador Smith has worked closely with leaders responsible for guiding institutions through high-consequence decision-making in complex and highly visible environments. Drawing on this experience, she established the firm to provide independent, value-driven advisory support that strengthens leadership decision-making, professional standards, and institutional effectiveness.
